Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Vadodara, an Institute of National Importance, has announced Admission for MTech & PhD for 2025-26 for its Gandhinagar and International Campus Diu (ICD).
IIIT Vadodara offers MTech (Computer Science & Engineering) program with specialization in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science at Gandhinagar and ICD campuses.
Admission Process and Eligibility:
(a) Admission through CCMT, (at IIITV-GN & IIITV-ICD campuses): A valid GATE score is mandatory. For admissions process (CCMT 2025), visit https://ccmt.admissions.nic.in/
(b) Admission through Institute Selection Process for
Non-CCMT (at both campuses), for both GATE and Non-GATE candidates, and for Working Professionals (only at Gandhinagar campus)
The applicants must have completed B.E./B. Tech. in Engineering or MCA/ MSc (Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ CS / IT/DS/related)/ equivalent.
The applicants must have secured at least 60% or 6.0 CPI on a scale of 10 or equivalent marks in the qualifying degree.
Working Professionals would have an option to opt to study the program in OFFLINE or ONLINE Mode at the beginning of the programme at the time of registration. The fees structure for both online and offline modes are different.

Eligibility:
Minimum eligibility criteria for PhD (Full Time) Program:
60% or 6 CPI on a scale of 10 or equivalent in MTech/ME in relevant areas/ MCA/ MSc (Applied Mathematics) OR
80% or 8.0 CPI on a scale of 10 or equivalent in BE/BTech/BS (4 yrs)/equivalent. OR
60% or 6 CPI on a scale of 10 or equivalent in MSc/MA/MPhil in relevant areas
Minimum eligibility criteria for PhD (Part Time) Program:
M.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Sc. in CSE/IT/ECE or related areas OR
M.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Sc./M.B.A. with relevant knowledge in CSE/IT/ECE or related areas OR Undergraduate degree in relevant areas with at least two years of work experience. OR
For Humanities: MA/MPhil in Linguistics or English or related areas
